11. Krystyna Holland: Pelvic Floor Health is For EVERYbody

Mar 29, 2021 | Podcast | 0 comments

Krystyna Holland talks about pelvic health for everybody

In this episode, pelvic floor physical therapist, Krystyna Holland, joins me to talk about how pelvic floor health is for everybody and every body. All too often you may think that pelvic floor health is only for women. Or, even worse, that we need to wait until we’re pregnant to see a pelvic floor PT. In reality, it’s something in which ALL people can find benefit.

No matter your sexual orientation, identification, sexual history, past traumas, or past injuries, pelvic floor PT could be just what you need. Even if you’re asymptomatic (don’t present with any symptoms), knowing that you are doing all you can for a healthier pelvic floor can do wonders for your overall health and wellness.
