#ShredStrong started!
#ShredStrong started on October 11th, and I’m enjoying it so much, and feeling so damn good with some of these mobility flows I have in the program! If you missed out on this new cycle, don’t worry. The next cycle release will be in January to get you through the end of winter and into the springtime.
