How you warm-up for your strength session can ultimately dictate how well your strength session goes. if you start off your training session with some aches, pains, and tightness, how good do you think your workout will feel?
A thorough and specific warm-up helps you ease into your training by quieting any soreness, increasing your range of motion, and getting you primed to move.
